	If ordering from the PMTA, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with payment for orders of maps, decals, patches and medallions. Include a $2.00 shipping fee for each of the other items. NOTE: The idea for the Pine Mountain Trail KIDS map comes from Jim Hall, a volunteer with the Pine Mountain Trail Association. (Jim is also the Vice-President of the PMTA.) This map was printed with permission of the PMTA board of directors. The back of the map contains a list of questions and answers that Mr. Hall's son and other children asked him and lists his personal answers. Upon your request, we can email you a copy of the back to review before purchasing the map.
